Privacy Policy

RMZ360 ("we", "us") provides business software, starting with Horizon HR. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. Write to [email protected] with any question.

Two kinds of data

Account data: the name, email address and company details of the people who sign up and log in. We use it to run your account, send service emails (for example email confirmation, password reset and expiry reminders) and bill your subscription.

Customer data: the employee records, documents and files your company adds to Horizon HR. Your company owns this data and decides what goes in. We process it only to provide the service to you, and never use it for anything else.

How we protect it

• Each company's data is kept apart from every other company's at the database level.
• Uploaded files and sensitive numbers (passport, Emirates ID, labour card) are encrypted with a key that belongs to your company.
• Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Connections use HTTPS.
• Important actions (logins, changes, downloads) are recorded in your company's audit log.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent any data. We share data only with the service providers we need to run the service (hosting, email delivery and, later, a payment provider), and only as much as they need, or when the law requires it.

Document scanning

When you scan a passport or ID, the image is read on our own servers. It is not sent to any outside AI service.

How long we keep it

We keep customer data while your subscription is active. After you close your account, you can ask for an export; we then delete the data within 90 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. Employees whose records are in Horizon HR should contact their employer first, as the employer controls that data.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and remember your language and theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell account owners about important changes by email.
