Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use RMZ360 and its apps, including Horizon HR. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your company.
Your account
You must give correct details and keep your password safe. The company owner decides who in the company can log in and what they can see, and is responsible for their use of the service.
Free trial and subscription
- Every new company gets a 7-day free trial. No card is needed.
- After the trial, the service is paid per company each month (Starter AED 249, Pro AED 349; Custom by agreement), with no limit on the number of users. Yearly plans are available on request.
- If a trial or paid period ends without payment, your data stays safe and readable, but changes are paused until a plan is active.
Your data and the law
Your company owns its data and is responsible for having the right to store it, including employees' personal data. Horizon HR follows UAE Federal Decree-Law 33/2021 in its calculations and reminders, but it is a tool, not legal advice: check important decisions (for example termination or final settlement) with MOHRE or a lawyer.
Fair use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, try to reach another company's data, overload the service, or resell it without our written agreement.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We will announce planned maintenance in advance where we can.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
Ending the service
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. After cancellation you can ask for an export of your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
